Blessed Brigid, Flame of Delight in the many worlds,
May the fires of your Sacred Hearth be rekindled.

Bringing the starpower of the Heavens down to enliven
The stars that live deep within the heart of Mother Earth.

That nourishes all of Life.

Enfold us in your mantle of protection and healing.
Guide us as we heal, and in our creative endeavors.

The creation of True Beauty and Harmony.

No matter what our spiritual beliefs may be, all of us earnestly desire good health. To be healthy is to be whole - with body, mind, emotions, soul and spirit in balance and functioning optimally. Wholeness is a process, rather than a "product." And there are many wonderful tools and allies which can assist us in that process.

Just as there are several components to the Whole Self, there are also several components to Good Health. For each part of us - body, mind, emotions, soul and spirit - needs nourishment and care. Physical "care" is not hard to figure out: we require proper nourishment, pure water, sufficient rest, sufficient exercise, and good hygiene. And "vibrational medicines," such as flower essences and homepathic remedies, are quite useful allies for healing the emotional, as well as the subtle, energetic levels of our being. When the physical and emotional aspects of Self are being cared for, the mind settles down, and the Spirit is soothed.

The intention of The Healing Hearth is to offer you access to educational materials, as well as health/wholeness products. It is not always easy - in every locale - to find the organic and non-toxic products that help us cultivate health and allow us to live lightly on Mother Earth.
